The present invention relates to a centrifugation kit that comprises a pre-treatment container and a spin column, wherein the pre-treatment container includes: a chamber for accommodating a mixed solution that contains a specimen having biological or chemical material for centrifugation and a buffer; an injection part through which the specimen and the buffer are injected into the chamber; and a discharge part through which the mixed solution in the chamber is discharged by a centrifugal force generated during the centrifugation, and the spin column includes: an introduction part through which the mixed solution discharged through the discharge part is introduced; a mixed-solution accommodating part for accommodating the mixed solution introduced from the introduction part; a drain part through which a centrifugal separation solution centrifugally separated from the mixed solution is drained; and a filter part disposed between the introduction part and the drain part to filter the mixed solution to be centrifugally separated. Accordingly, it is possible to facilitate the injection of a specimen and a buffer for centrifugation, enhance workability, and easily achieve automation. |
