SOLUTION: A gathering device 10 comprises a paper bundle making unit 11, an accepting unit 50 and a control unit 52. The paper bundle making unit 11 inserts an advertisement bundle into newspaper while conveying. The accepting unit 50 accepts information about a number of copies of the newspaper bundle to prepare in the paper bundle making unit 11. The control unit 52 controls the paper bundle making unit 11. The accepting unit 50 accepts an input of the information about the number of copies of the next time while the paper bundle making unit 11 prepares the newspaper bundles on the basis of the information about the number of copies of this time that is already accepted.
