摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission efficiency in the case where data length transmitted to each of a plurality of terminal station devices is different.SOLUTION: A radio communication device includes: a frame length calculation unit that calculates transmission speed for each terminal station device per combination of radio resources allocated to a plurality of terminal station devices, and calculates frame length of a frame which transmits data to each terminal station device on the basis of the calculated transmission speed and data length of data destined to each terminal station device; an allocation selection unit that detects combination of radio resources corresponding to the shortest frame length of frame lengths calculated by the frame length calculation unit, and selects the detected combination of radio resources; a transmission signal generation unit that generates a transmission signal by modulating data to be transmitted to respective terminal station devices on the basis of the combination of radio resources selected by the allocation selection unit; and a transmission unit that transmits the transmission signal generated by the transmission signal generation unit.
