PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement support apparatus and a movement support method capable of suppressing discomfort caused by travel mode replanning, and a driving support system including the movement support functions.SOLUTION: A movement support apparatus supports the movement of a vehicle 100 including an internal combustion engine and a motor as drive sources, from a current location to a destination. The movement support apparatus comprises: a mode planning unit 111a that regularly plans, for each section formed by dividing a travel route from the current location to the destination, either an EV mode in which a power storage amount of a battery 113 is not maintained or an HV mode in which the power storage amount of the battery 113 is maintained; and an information generation unit 121b regularly generating information of a travel load to which the mode planning unit 111a refers. The mode planning unit 111a, upon executing travel mode replanning on the basis of the travel load information generated by the information generation unit 121b in addition to the regularly generated information, postpones the execution of the travel mode replanning that is planned at a period shorter than a predetermined period from the execution of the previous plan. |
