PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator which can be driven at a low voltage even in the absence of a solvent, has good driving responsiveness, and has excellent strength and durability.SOLUTION: Provided is a polyurethane (urea) resin (U) for an actuator, having an ionic group. The ionic group is preferably at least one anionic group selected from the group consisting of -SO, -OSO, -NHSO, -O-P(=O)(-OR)-O, -O-P(=O)(-O), -P(=O)(-OR)-O, and -P(=O)(-O); or at least one cationic group selected from the group consisting of tertiary aminium groups and quaternary ammonium bases. |
