PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric power facility supervisory controller and an electric power facility supervisory control system in which charging and power failure state of a line, connected with a power apparatus, can be displayed even when a power apparatus other than a switch is provided.SOLUTION: A central processor 40 includes a storage unit 49 for storing a line address table 55 and an apparatus address table 54, and a charging and power failure state determination display unit 42 for determining whether a line, connected with a switch or an apparatus other than a switch, is in charged state or power failure state, based on the line address table 55 and apparatus address table 54 and the state information of the electric power facility, and displaying the line of charged state or power failure state while visualizing on a display terminal 41. |
