PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocal motion testing device or the like capable of properly implementing a test on various conditions in simple configuration.SOLUTION: A reciprocal motion testing device 1 includes: a linear motor 110 in which a field magnet 112 performs a reciprocal linear motion along a coil unit 111; and a first support 121 and a second support 122 which are fixed on an extension line in a moving direction of the field magnet 112. The first support 121 and the second support 122 include a first spring 131 and a second spring 132 which absorb and repulse a dynamic force in the case where the field magnet 112 collides after the linear motion. A first position change part 133 and a second position change part 134 change positions of the first spring 131 and the second spring 132 in accordance with test conditions such as a speed of the reciprocal linear motion, a displacement amount and the like.
