PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cooking performance of a grill having a function for detecting flame failure at a burner and forcedly stopping supply of gas to the burner.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a grill 2 in which a burner 22 is installed within a heating housing 20. There are provided means for changeover for increasing a supply amount of gas to the burner 22 by a prescribed amount when an output value V of a flame sensor 32 for detecting a combustion state at the burner 22 during combustion at the burner 22 becomes less than a prescribed heating power changeover reference value V2; and means for performing a forced stopping operation for stopping supply of the gas to the burner 22 when the output value V becomes less than a flame failure reference value V1 lower than the heating power changeover reference value V2. |
