An emulsion composition comprising: (1) a carboxylated acrylonitrile butadiene elastomer including an acrylonitrile residue in the amount of 23-30 wt%, and an unsaturated carboxylic acid residue in the amount of 3-8 wt%; and (2) a polyacrylonitrile butadiene elastomer including an acrylonitrile residue in the amount of 20-50 wt%, with a (styrene-converted) weight-average molecular weight of 7,000-50,000. The weight ratio of component (1) / component (2) is 70/30 to 90/10.
