The invention relates further to a rotary device comprising a fixed axis and a carousel which is arranged to be rotatable about the fixed axis and is to receive items for processing in the fish and meat processing industry, which rotary device is characterised in that the carousel is rotatably arranged on the fixed axis by means of at least one rolling bearing according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
