The present invention relates to a porous support, a manufacturing method thereof, and a reinforced membrane comprising the same. The porous support comprises a nanoweb accumulated in non-woven form with nanofibers containing a plurality of pores, and saturation wet reaching time of the nanoweb from one second to five minutes. The porous support has excellent air permeability and water permeability, excellent durability, heat resistance, and chemical resistance, and excellent hydrophilicity.
