<p>A method for evaluating physical activity comprises the steps of: (a) determining difficulty for each of plural evaluation items by using the item response theory; (b) receiving a physical activity evaluation request from a user terminal; (c) determining evaluation difficulty according to information of an evaluation target person who requests the physical activity evaluation; (d) extracting a first evaluation item corresponding to the determined evaluation difficulty, transmits the first evaluation item to the user terminal, and receives a user response for the first evaluation item; (e) updating the evaluation difficulty according to the response for the first evaluation item; (f) extracting a second evaluation item corresponding to the updated evaluation difficulty, transmits the second evaluation item to the user terminal, and receives a user response for the second evaluation item; and (g) calculating a physical activity measurement value representing a physical activity degree of the evaluation target person on the basis of the responses for the evaluation items.</p> |
