PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement terminal and program that enable a purchase point to be granted without using a point card.SOLUTION: A settlement terminal comprises: first reading means; settlement means; second reading means; associating menas; and granting means. The first reading means is configured to read identification information from a recording medium used in settlement processing, and the settlement means is configured to use the recording medium to execute settlement processing pertain to one transaction. The second reading means is configured to read point card identification information from a point card, and the associating means is configured to associate the identification information on the recording medium with the point card identification information. The granting means is configured to grant a point to the point card identification information associated with the identification information on the point card, and, when the identification information is associated with the point card identification information, grant a point to the point card identification information not through the second reading means and associating means. |
