The present invention relates to a harmful nanoparticle removing apparatus, which comprises: an electrostatic filtration part, an ionization part, an electrostatic collecting part, a nano-filtration module, and a duct part. The electrostatic filtration part eliminates coarse particles among the harmful nanoparticles introduced through an inlet part. The ionization part performs electrical charges to fine particles among the harmful nanoparticles passing through the electrostatic filtration part. The electrostatic collecting part is disposed nearby the ionization part and collects the electrically charged fine particles by comprising a soft X ray generation part which increases an electric charge quantity of the fine particles. The nano-filtration module eliminates the electrically charged fine particles uncollected from the electrostatic collecting part by means of an electrostatic force. The duct part releases air from which the harmful nanoparticles are eliminated.
