An information pushing method, a terminal and a server, which belong to the field of computer technologies, are disclosed. The method includes: acquiring a key frame of a currently-played video (301); acquiring a characteristic value of the key frame according to picture information of the key frame (302); acquiring, according to the characteristic value of the key frame, pushing information corresponding to the characteristic value (303); and displaying the pushing information in a process of playing the currently-played video (304). After the key frame of the currently-played video is acquired, the characteristic value of the key frame is acquired according to the picture information of the key frame, and the pushing information corresponding to the characteristic value is acquired according to the characteristic value of the key frame, so as to display the pushing information in the process of playing the currently-played video. |
