The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for testing performances of an electronic governer and, more specifically, to a method and an apparatus of an engine simulation test for performance test and education of an electronic governer, which may simply and rapidly perform a performance test of a governer through a control part having an engine simulation program installed based on input and output data of an actual engine.
