PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical information processor for supporting medical report creation capable of facilitating editing after storage.SOLUTION: A medical information processor includes a medical image acquisition part, a report creation part, and a control part. The medical image acquisition part acquires a medical image. The report creation part creates a medical report including an attached image associating the medical image with reference images such as an annotation image upon receipt of instruction input by an operation part. The control part causes a storage device to store the medical report.
