PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device for precisely discharging a droplet including particle-like bodies such as cells under a predetermined condition.SOLUTION: A discharge device 1 comprises: a discharge head 10 where a cavity 14 having inner pressure changed by an actuator 6 and a nozzle opening 11 are communicated with each other through a detection part 12; a detecting unit 7 for detecting particle-like bodies 51 included in a droplet 50 discharged from the nozzle opening 11 through the detection part 12; and a control unit 74 for selecting a discharging destination for each droplet according to detection result 7a obtained by the detecting unit 7.
