The additional connection device (14) has: a rope connection lever shaft (23) mounted to the lower part of the car at a position below the pull-up lever shaft (9); a rope connection lever (21) connected to the governor rope (12) and rotating about the rope connection lever shaft (23); an affixed device (26) affixed to the intermediate part of the pull-up lever shaft (9) and rotating together with the pull-up lever shaft (9); and a connection member (25, etc.) connected to a portion between the rope connection lever (21) and the affixed device (26).
