<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance matching device capable of enhancing the reliability at the connection with a transmission line, by composing an internal conductor of a first internal conductor and a second internal conductor.SOLUTION: An impedance matching device has a coaxial line including an internal conductor 1 having a first internal conductor 1a of columnar shape, and a second internal conductor 1b provided to penetrate the central part of the upper and lower surfaces of the first internal conductor 1a in the longitudinal direction, while projecting both ends from the first internal conductor 1a, and connected electrically with a transmission line at one end, a dielectric 2 provided to surround the outer periphery of the first internal conductor 1a, and an external conductor 3 provided on the outer periphery of the dielectric 2, and having an attaching portion 4 for attaching the transmission line.</p> |
