The present invention relates to an indoor unit of an air conditioner, which has a structure improved so as to prevent vibration and noise, and a blade unit applied to the same. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body having a discharge opening; and a blade unit provided to be able to rotate in the discharge opening, wherein the blade unit comprises a blade hinge-coupled through a coupling portion provided on one side of the discharge opening, a buffer member provided on the coupling portion, and a motor connected to the buffer member to generate a rotation force for rotating the blade.
