The invention delves on the process of WELLNESS positive reversed by the use of wellness hubs on wheels-with modified sauna, massage therapy and intervention activities to alleviate the wellness situations of the people. The WELLNESS hub is designed to fit the activities as proposed. It includes Modified Traditional Sauna and massage that soothes the nerves and muscles of the elderly with the technniques based on the study on the nerve of the body, the arrangement of the nerves. Intervention activities are also included such as: exercises, diabetic, hypertension, organ dysfunction and other intervention activities. It also includes proper nutrition and diet program. A livelihood package is also offered as part of the intervention to provide exercise in a healthy and natural way at the same time earning money. |
