<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction data generation method of a radiation imaging apparatus capable of easily performing setting of second correction data for the radiation imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: A correction data generation method of a radiation imaging apparatus 1 provided with a plurality of radiation detection elements 7 two-dimensionally arrayed includes: a step of obtaining first correction data by irradiating a first radiation imaging apparatus 1 with uniform radiation; a step of obtaining second correction data by irradiating the first radiation imaging apparatus 1 with radiation from a radiation source 52 used in imaging; a step of obtaining third correction data by irradiating a second radiation imaging apparatus 1 with uniform radiation; and a step of calculating fourth correction data being correction data of the second radiation imaging apparatus 1 at the time of imaging by using the radiation source 52 the same as the radiation source 52 used in imaging on the basis of the first correction data, the second correction data and the third correction data.</p> |
