摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery short circuit element with which when an internal temperature or an internal pressure of a battery has risen excessively due to an abnormality, it is possible to ensure safety of the battery by causing short circuit between a positive electrode and a negative electrode with reliability to cause discharge with stability. <P>SOLUTION: A battery short circuit element 10 connected to a battery 100 including a first electrode 131 and a second electrode 132 includes: a first electric conductor 15 that is electrically connected to a first electrode side; a second electric conductor 16 that is electrically connected to a second electrode side; and a short circuit layer 20 having an insulator 22 arranged between the first electric conductor and the second electric conductor and a low melting point alloy layer 21 arranged between the first electric conductor and the second electric conductor, wherein the short circuit layer 20 causes short circuit between the first electric conductor 15 and the second electric conductor 16 at a predetermined temperature or higher through fusion of at least a part or the whole of the low melting point alloy layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
