The present invention relates to a method for regenerating cofactors using upconversion nanoparticle (UCNP) and a method for an artificial photosynthesis and, more specifically, to a method for an artificial photosynthesis which regenerates cofactors using UCNP which can generate a forster resonance energy transfer (FRET) by absorbing near-infrared rays and produces an useful substance through a redox reaction using the regenerated cofactor. According to the present invention, it is useful in eco-friendly production of fine chemical products having a high-added-value such as raw materials of a new drug and enantiomers using an artificial photosynthesis because of effectively regenerating cofactors using near-infrared rays (NIR). |
