<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactical air navigation-ground device allowing a normal operation even if there is a disturbance wave when receiving a distance query wave from a tactical air navigation-airborne device. <P>SOLUTION: If a CW disturbance wave is included when a reception signal rs extracted by reception signal acquisition means (a circulator 14) is monitored for each azimuth by reception signal monitoring means (an interference monitoring part 16 and a coaxial switch 17), a reception signal rs of an azimuth where the CW disturbance wave exists is shut off and reception signals rs of azimuths where no CW disturbance wave exists are extracted to be synthesized by reception signal synthesis means (a synthesizer 18) to be output as a synthesis signal cs. The synthesis signal cs is received by reception means (a receiver 19) to be output as a receiver output signal rm. After elapsing a predetermined delay period, a response transmission signal (a response transmission pulse ps) is output in response to the reception signal rs by transmission means (a transmitter 11).
