The present invention aims to provide an apparatus for increasing a data processing speed by performing a data processing process in a kernel region without a frequent system call with an application program of a user region. To this end, the apparatus for increasing a data processing speed includes: an application program unit which generates a data processing command for an application program and executes the corresponding application program; a storage unit which stores the data processing command; a device driver unit which controls a hardware device; and an integrated data processing unit which controls the device driver unit according to the data processing command stored in the storage unit and processes data in the kernel region without a system call with the application program in order to increase the processing speed of the data.
