PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure which allows an object to be easily installed on a flat roof having a water-resistant layer of a waterproof sheet such that the water-resistant layer is not broken, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: In a foundation, a sheet fixture 2 is fixed on a waterproof backing surface 1, a synthetic resin waterproof sheet 3 is laid on the sheet fixture 2, the sheet fixture 2 and the waterproof sheet 3 are bonded at an overlapped place, a foundation fixing metal fitting 7 having a flat bottom face is bonded and fixed onto the overlapped place, and foundation rail 8 is fixed on the foundation fixing metal fitting 7. A modified silicone elastic adhesive 52 which is adjusted to lose adhesive force by heating is used for bonding between the waterproof sheet 3 and the foundation fixing metal fitting 7, so that the workability and the maintainability can be improved. |
