<p>The invention relates to a method and a device for performing the method, comprising an expander tool, which can be inserted into a pipe and which comprises a tool head that is arranged on a pull rod and has segments which can be spread in the radial direction, and a head roller, which is arranged thereon and can be adapted in the radial position thereof to the particular pipe diameter to be calibrated, for supporting the expander tool on the pipe, and a support roller, which supports the pipe to be calibrated. According to the invention, the head roller has a measuring device for recording the supporting force acting on the head roller during the expansion. Furthermore, the invention relates to an evaluating and monitoring unit for the measured values and a signal unit that indicates a deviation from specified tolerance thresholds.</p> |
