<p>A composition and a method of using the composition is described that is effective to protect or repair oxidative damage to DNA in mammalian skin by up regulating each of SIRT1, Gadd45b, and SOD2. The composition includes at least two of a candle bush extract, noni leaf extract, and melon extract with each present in an amount such that the composition is effective to up regulate each of SIRT1, Gadd45b, and SOD2.</p> |
