<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably support combined load even when the combined load of a rolling direction component force and a right and left direction component force act, while guaranteeing the lightening and a long term support of a bearing function. <P>SOLUTION: An axle box support device of a bogie for rolling stock includes: an axle box 1 that rotatably supports a wheel shaft 3 through a bearing 2; and a support part 4 that supports the axle box 1 so that the relative displacement with a bogie frame 5 may be possible, wherein an axle spring 6, axle spring seat 7, spacer 8, and vibration isolating rubber 9 are disposed from a bogie frame side between the axle box 1 and the bogie frame 5 in order. The vibration isolating rubber 9 that contacts with a top face 1a of the axle box 1 is formed in the shape so that the contact surface 9a with the top face 1a of the axle box 1 may become a ring shape or a square shape of a circumference 9b that inscribes to the circumference 1b of the top face 1a of the axle box 1. The deformation of the axle box at a boundary part with the bearing can be controlled compared with a past axle box. Therefore, a smooth rotation of the bearing can be held and the axle box support device becomes excellent in durability of the bearing function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
