The present invention relates to an antibiotic-free and serum-free mesenchymal stem cell culture medium, a preparing method thereof and a cosmetic composition using the same. More specifically, provided is a method for preparing a safer mesenchymal stem cell culture medium by using an antibiotic-free and serum-free basal culture medium, and a cosmetic composition including the same is effective in improving skin wrinkles.
