The invention relates to a device having a single roll roller die system for producing components made of elastomeric material of a vehicle tire by applying an unvulcanized rubber mixture strip (7) to a treated tire blank (8), having a template (4) that transfers the correspondingly profiled rubber mixture strips (7) to a first rotating roller (3). A second rotating roller (5) is provided, forming a gap with the first roller (3) through which the rubber mixture strips (7) are guided and comprising a width substantially corresponding to the width of the rubber mixture strip (7) or exceeding same only slightly, wherein the second roller (5) applies the rubber mixture strips (7) to the treated tire blank (8).
