The method of the present invention determines whether a frequency of image data in a fixed region is smaller than a fixed standard, and in the case of the frequency of image data in the fixed region smaller than the fixed standard, determining a minimum value of blue data in the fixed region and substituting blue data in the fixed region for the minimum value.
