<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side door glass frame tightening structure capable of further improving surface rigidity at the tightening part of a bracket and an inner panel. <P>SOLUTION: A lock reinforcement 20 is provided between the inner panel 16 and the bracket 18, and the lock reinforcement 20 is mutually tightened to the inner panel 16 and the bracket 18 via a bolt 26 and a nut 28. Thus, the tightening part 32 is reinforced, and the surface rigidity at the tightening part 32 is improved. Then, at the tightening part 20A of the lock reinforcement 20, a flange part 36 is formed. Thus, compared to the case that the lock reinforcement 20 is simply planar, the strength and rigidity of the lock reinforcement 20 are improved.
