<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus to reduce a traffic noise, and a wind load using a membrane structure. The present invention comprises: a noise reduction unit stood along an edge of one side or both sides with respect to a road of a traveling direction of a vehicle to primarily remove traffic noises of a vehicle; and a wind load reduction unit installed to be curved along the noise reduction unit on the outside to secondarily remove noise and reduce the wind load with respect to the wind blowing from a side of the road. The present invention performs a soundproof treatment, different from an existing technique, with respect to the noise in accordance with the vehicle traveling by a plurality of stages on the road; and the outside among a soundproof equipment of the plurality of stages is formed to be curved to reduce the wind load in order to simultaneously reduce the noise and the wind load.</p> |
