<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regeneration treatment device and method for toxic substance-adsorbed active carbon, allowing efficient regeneration treatment of the active carbon having adsorbed a toxic substance such as PCB. <P>SOLUTION: This regeneration treatment device for the toxic substance-adsorbed active carbon, which is an active carbon regeneration device performing detoxification treatment of the toxic substance-adsorbed active carbon 11 having adsorbed the toxic substance (PCB) includes: a supply nozzle 13 provided on an upper side inside a regeneration device body 12, and sprinkling or dropping the toxic substance-adsorbed active carbon 11; a regeneration gas supply device 16 supplying a regeneration gas 15 introduced from a lower side of the regeneration device body 12 and discharged from a top part side of the regeneration device body 12 by a discharge line 14; and a heating means 17 heating the inside of the regeneration device body 12. The toxic substance-adsorbed active carbon 11 dropping inside the heated regeneration device body 12 and the regeneration gas 15 come into counter contact with each other, the toxic substance 18 discharged from the active carbon by the heating is discharged through the gas discharge line 14 accompanied with the regeneration gas 15 side, and regenerated active carbon 11B is discharged through an active carbon discharge line 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
