The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for reproducing a 3D sound by using a speaker and at least one microphone. The method for reproducing the 3D sound according to the present invention includes the steps of: receiving a first signal which is an audio signal including one directivity information of a left side and a right side through a wireless communication network and a second signal which is an audio signal including the other directivity information; receiving the first signal outputted from an external speaker and a third signal including a background noise through the microphone; determining the compensation variable of a fourth signal to be outputted to the speaker from the first signal and a third signal; and generating the fourth signal by using the determined variable.
