摘要

根据本发明，提供一种制造具备半导体基板及印刷于该半导体基板的表面的特定图案的线状电极的太阳电池的方法。该制造方法包括如下步骤：准备用于形成电极的电极形成用浆料；在第1半导体基板的表面配置具备与特定图案对应的线状开口部的制版；将浆料供给至为制版的第1端部、且在与印刷方向正交的宽度方向包含有开口部的区域的端部；藉由一面使所供给的浆料通过开口部，一面藉由刮浆板使之自制版的第1端部向对向的第2端部移动，而对第1半导体基板进行第1印刷；在第2半导体基板的表面配置第1印刷后的制版；藉由一面使移动的浆料通过开口部，一面藉由刮浆板使之自第2端部向对向的第1端部移动，而对第2半导体基板进行第2印刷；及对所印刷的浆料进行煅烧，而形成特定图案的电极。; disposing a plate with linear openings corresponding to the specific pattern on a surface of a first semiconductor substrate; supplying a slurry to an end part, which is a first end part of the plate, and contains an area with the openings on a width direction perpendicular to a printing direction; conducting a first printing to the first semiconductor substrate by moving a squeegee from the first end part of the plate to an opposite second end part while making the supplied slurry pass through the openings; disposing the first printed plate on a surface of a second semiconductor substrate; conducting a second printing to the second semiconductor substrate by moving the squeegee from the second end part to the opposite first end part while making the moving slurry pass through the openings; and forming an electrode with specific pattern by calcining the printed slurry.
