<p>The present invention relates to a cooling and heating apparatus with a capillary tube structure. According to the present invention, the cooling and heating apparatus comprises a plurality of capillary tubes connected to an interconnection pipe formed in a water supply pipe and a water return pipe, and can increase air-conditioning efficiency by increasing circulation speed of hot water or cold water. The cooling and heating apparatus can connect the interconnection pipe and the capillary tube by one touch, and can prevent a gap causing leakage, and can solidify connection of the capillary tube to the interconnection pipe, by using a splicer comprising: a packing which has an interconnection pipe and the capillary tube and has an outer circumference formed in a tapered shape; a hooking piece integrated with the interconnection pipe; and an elastic hook which is hooked to the body of the splicer having an inner circumference formed in a tapered shape and the hooking piece. The cooling and heating apparatus can reduce maintenance costs greatly by being able to replace the damaged water supply pipe, the damaged water return pipe or the damaged capillary tube only in case the water supply pipe, the water return pipe or the capillary tube is damaged, by being able to replace the capillary tube connected to the water supply pipe and the water return pipe simply. The cooling and heating apparatus can prevent random separation of the capillary tube connected to the water supply pipe and the water return pipe during using the cooling and heating apparatus, by comprising a separation prevention member which prevents the elastic hook from being opened.</p> |
