<p>The present invention relates to the use of mimotopes in the treatment ofβ-Amyloidoses including but not limited to Alzheimer's disease, whereby said mimotopes are able to induce the in vivo formation of antibodies directed to non truncated Aβ1-40/42, and N-terminally truncated forms AβpE3-40/42, Aβ3-40/42, Aβ11-40/42, AβpE11-40/42 and Aβ14-40/42 without interfering with physiological functions of APP signalling.</p> |
