摘要 The present invention relates to a primer set for isothermal amplification for detecting or diagnosing Marssonina coronariae and a use of the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a primer set for isothermal amplification capable of specifically detecting or diagnosing Marssonina coronariae; a composition for diagnosing Marssonina coronariae including the same; a diagnosis kit; and a method for detecting Marssonina coronariae by using the same. The primer set for isothermal amplification according to the present invention can specifically amplify a metallopeptidase gene region of Marssonina coronariae, so Marssonina coronariae can be effectively detected from a specimen in a short time without a special tool when the same is used. Furthermore, by using SYBR Green I Nucleic Acid Gel Stain (10,000X concentrate in DMSO, invitrogen), diagnosis can be rapidly performed with a naked eye under natural light. Moreover, infection of phomopsis blight can be detected even in a healthy part of a leaf infected by Marssonina coronariae. Accordingly, Marssonina coronariae which may cause remarkable damage to apple farms can be preemptively detected, so a more rapid and effective diagnosis system can be constructed. Also, economical loss caused by infection of Marssonina coronariae can be prevented.
