<p>An embodiment of the present invention relates to a lighting device package. The lighting device package includes: a substrate; first and second electrodes arranged on the substrate; a light emitting device which is arranged on one part of the first electrode; a ceramic layer which is arranged on one part of the second electrode; a wire which has one end connected to the light emitting device and the other end connected to the other part of the second electrode, on which the ceramic layer is not arranged; and a reflection member which is arranged on the other part of the second electrode. The reflection member covers one end of the wire. The upper surface of the reflection member is arranged on the same plane as the upper surface of the ceramic layer.</p> |
