The invention relates to the technical field of photographic equipment and particularly relates to a forward and backward folding photographic tripod. The tripod comprises a central tube, a center-axis connecting tube, a plurality of pin shaft tubes, a base and a plurality of pin tubes, wherein an insert is tightly nested in a bulge loop at the periphery of the base, and upper inner holes and lower inner holes of the pin shaft tubes are respectively in close fit with the insert and the pin tubes; the insert is internally provided with a gear, a locator, a pressure spring and a wave bead; the bulge loop is movably connected with the pin shaft tubes, the insert and the gear by a hinge pin; teeth of the gear are meshed with any locating hook of the locator; a chuck of the locator props against the wave bead; and the locator is also provided with a button which extends out of an inner chamber of the pin shaft tube. According to the photographic tripod, free rotation at 0-180 degrees of the pin tubes can be realized, thereby bringing great convenience for a user to photograph; and the pressure spring can be prevented from being broken by pressing, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the photographic tripod. The photographic tripod has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable design and low production cost. |
