<p>A VEHICLE FRAME COMPRISING AT LEAST TWO LONGITUDINAL BEAMS (2) AND AT LEAST ONE TRANSVERSE BEAM (1) ARRANGED AT A DIFFERENT PLANE WITH RESPECT TO ONE ANOTHER. AT AN INTERSECTION, THE BEAMS ARE ARRANGED AGAINST EACH OTHER AND FASTENED WITH A CORNER PIECE (14). THE FLANKS (18A, 18B) OF THE CORNER PIECE COMPRISE FASTENING SURFACES (22, 30) FASTENED AGAINST THE BEAMS. A SCREW JOINT IS ARRANGED BETWEEN AT LEAST ONE FLANK OF THE CORNER PIECE AND AT LEAST ONE BEAM. THE FIRST FASTENING SURFACE (22) OF THE CORNER PIECE HAS A LARGER REACH ON THE PORTION OF THE FREE END (23) OF THE FIRST FLANK (18A) THAN ON THE PORTION OF THE CORNER (19) WHEN THE CORNER PIECE IS OBSERVED IN THE DIRECTION OF THE SECOND FLANK (18B). TIGHTENING THE FASTENING SCREW (5A) CAUSES THE FASTENING SURFACE (22) ON THE PORTION ON THE SIDE OF THE CORNER (19) TO BE DISPLACED TOWARDS THE BEAM (2) AND THE FIRST FLANK (18A) OF THE CORNER PIECE TO TAKE SHAPE.</p> |
