An orderly distributed conductive thin film, and a device and a nanometer conductor structure thereof. The conductive thin film comprises substrates (1, 11, 21, 31, 41) and conductive layers (32, 42) arranged on the substrates; and the conductive layers are formed by orderly distributing of conductive filler and have certain pattern structures. By using this process, an orderly distributed network structure is formed using a small amount of linear conductive filler, fixing processing is performed on a connecting point of the filler using a colloid, especially the contact resistance is reduced through pre-processing, and then joints of conductors connected to each other in two directions are adhered by an adhesive, so as to reduce the sheet resistance of a thin film and increase the stability of the thin film, so that a transparent conductive thin film with high light transmittance and low surface resistance can be manufactured. The light transmittance of the conductive thin film can reach more than 95%, and the value of square resistance thereof is as low as 45Ω/口. Compared with a disorderly distributed thin film, the electrical conductivity is doubled, and at the same time, the excellent light transmission performance and the electrical conductivity are realized. For a device, the manufacture process is more simple, so that manufacturing costs are effectively reduced. At the same time, the present invention has excellent electrical conductivity and high light transmittance. |
