<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing cottage cheese by using cream cheese dressing, more specifically, to a method for preparing cottage cheese by using cream cheese dressing, wherein source milk or skim milk is coagulated to prepare cheese curds, cream cheese is dissolved by a mixed solution prepared by combining milk, purified water or an acidity controller with fresh cream, cream cheese dressing is prepared, and then the cheese curds and the cream cheese dressing are mixed. The cottage cheese prepared by the method of the present invention inhibits the occurrence of syneresis to retain excellent physical properties and functions during distribution or in mixing with salad, thereby becoming a highly-preferred product as soft cheese.</p> |
