FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: manipulator contains leg on which rotation gear is installed, made in form of the fork cantilever located in the vertical plane, it is connected with the leg by means of the bracket and vertical axis, and secured between forks of cantilever of double-arm lever, one arm is hingedly connected by means of the clevis with the bracket, and second arm is connected with hydraulic cylinder stock secured in the fork cantilever. The double-arm lever and axis of the hydraulic cylinder are located in same horizontal plane at right angle to the vertical axis of the fork cantilever securing. The boom is secured in the rotation gear and is connected with the movement hydraulic cylinder. The hooks are free suspended on the horizontal axis secured on the boom, and their top end area is connected with the rotation hydraulic cylinder. The rotation gear is installed on the leg installed on floor of the casting bed, on line of bisector of angle created by two pouring spouts at distance from the blast-furnace.EFFECT: invention ensures high flexibility during installation and orientation of lids of the pouring spouts.4 cl, 3 dwg |
