The invention relates to the treatment of pediculosis and to a production method, wherein the comb comprises a grip handle and a plurality of teeth, each one provided with successive grooves or notches for trapping and dragging along the nits and head lice present in the hair, wherein the grooves or notches form part of two groups which cross each other along the length of each tooth or pin of the comb, defining crossing sections and sharp edges facing opposite directions.
