<p>The present invention relates to a fluorine filter type movable local ventilation system. The present invention is to provide the fluorine filter type movable local ventilation system comprising: a poisonous gas inlet; a first air gap arranged on the right side of the poisonous gas inlet; a first filter which is arranged on the right side of the first air gap and includes a synthetic zeolite 5A-type; a second filter which is arranged on the right side of the first filter and includes calcium hydroxide; a third filter which is arranged on the right side of the second filter and includes basic impregnated charcoal; a fourth filter which is arranged on the right side of the third filter and includes neutral impregnated charcoal; a fifth filter which is arranged on the right side of the fourth filter and includes acid impregnated charcoal; a sixth filter which is arranged on the right side of the fifth filter and a synthetic zeolite X-type; a seventh filter which is arranged on the right side of the sixth filter and is made of a high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter; a second air gap which is arranged on the right side of the seventh filter; and a filter module including a purge gas outlet which is arranged on the right side of the second air gap.</p> |
